How do I book on a Food At Heart event?

Have a look through the events listed and choose the one you like the most! I update the events regularly and if you sign up for newsletter you’ll get notifications of new sessions.

Once you’ve chosen your favourite session, you’ll be asked to fill in some details before paying securely online. You’ll then receive an email to confirm your place. If it doesn’t arrive make sure you check your junk/spam folder.

I’ll also send you a more detailed email close to the event date so you have all the details you need.

If you purchase a voucher, you’ll need to contact me to book a specific event date. Let me know the registration code in your confirmation email so I’ll know it’s definitely you.

How do I pay for an event?

When you book your event, you’ll be asked to fill in your credit card / debit card details to pay securely online.

What if I change my mind or need to cancel a booking?

Unfortunately I don’t normally offer refunds for events. I’ll of course be as flexible as possible as sometimes things come up which means you can’t get to event, so you may be able to swap to a future event.

You can pass your ticket on to a friend to attend in your place, but just pop me a note to let me know.

What if I have any specific dietary requirements?

My sessions are always naturally meat-free. I’ll try and provide alternatives if you have any specific dietary requirements. Unfortunately depending on the event sometimes this may not be possible.

I use organic/sustainable and seasonal products wherever possible.
