Discover the joy of eating in a more connected, mindful – and delicious – way with my new 4 week online programme.
Are you ready to get your taste buds tingling with joy?
Join me to explore mindful tasting and cooking practices that enhance your eating pleasure, one bite at a time.
Taste with all your senses, explore flavours that make you feel good, and discover the delight of creating and eating nourishing food made with everyday ingredients.
We’re so often rushing around and ‘multi-tasking’ that we forget to actually taste when we’re eating – or get stuck in a rut of same old, same old dishes. Somewhere along the line lots of us have lost our intuition for eating in a way that tastes and makes us feel good!
The Joy Of Eating contains small, manageable daily practices for busy people like you that will help maximise your tasting pleasure (it may also contain nuts! Oh, and a little dark chocolate…).
Over the 4 week programme, you’ll plot your own flavour adventure, starting with the basics of tasting all the way through to creating your own delicious dishes, and eating these in a more aware way.
This is not about telling what you should and shouldn’t eat, or a strict dietary plan, but about exploring a range of foods and flavours in a more conscious – and delicious – way. It’s not about being ‘perfect’, but about the pleasure of paying just a little more attention.
– experience the deliciousness of using all your senses to taste (rather than just eat!) food
– build your own repertoire of mindful moments to help you enjoy eating even more
– discover foods & flavours that taste and make you feel good – plus tips for including them in your daily dishes
Doors open on Monday 6th March at 8.30pm (UK time).
The Joy Of Eating Programme Outline
Week 1: Start where you are – and re-introduce yourself to your senses
You’ll start with setting your own personal goals and some daily practices to help you focus. During the first week I’ll also introduce you to the basics of engaging the senses in tasting (and why it’s worth doing!).

Module 2: Engaging the senses
Expert Interview: Taste – a multi-sensory experience

Week 3: Look & taste again – the delight of everyday ingredients & uplifting flavours

Module 1: Discover the delight of the everyday
Module 2: Try something new
Expert Interview: The joy of vegetables
