Madécasse and Ember Yard Collaborate for Fairtrade Fortnight Chocolate Tapas & Cocktail Tasting
Madagascan “fair made” chocolate brand Madécasse is collaborating with London’s legendary Ember Yard bar and grill for an exclusive chocolate-themed tapas and cocktail tasting to celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight.
This unique chocolate and tapas tasting will give chocolate-loving foodies the chance to delve into some delightful dishes concocted by the innovative Ben Tish, Chef Director at Ember Yard, Head Chef Jacques Fourie and his cutting-edge team of culinary artists.
Canapes include:
– Milk Chocolate Tart with Salted Caramel
– Venison, Red Wine and Bitter Chocolate Empanadillas
– Caramelised Parsnip, Pig’s Cheek and Salted Chocolate; and
– Bitter Chocolate Truffles with Nuts, Raisins and Pedro Ximenez.
Tickets are £20.00 and are available to book hereAll ticket sales will be donated to Madécasse’s Save the Lemurs Project being launched this summer.
