Learn all the steps to baking the perfect macarons in a vibrant group environment.

Ganache Macaron are expert producers of macarons and you’ll learn many of the tricks of the trade during this class in their East London bakery.

You’ll learn all the steps to baking one of the classic macaron flavours, from whipping your egg whites to creating your fillings and putting together your macarons. By the end of the class, students will have the skills and knowledge to bake their own macarons at home.

Each participant will leave the class with a box of their own colourful creations.
