Large Macaron Baking Class

Learn all of the steps to making the perfect French macaron with Ganache Macaron. From whipping your egg whites to macaron piping, Ganache Macaron’s head chefs will impart their tricks to students of all skill levels. Large group classes have 10-20 students per class.
The 2 to 2.5 hour Large Group Macaron Baking Class will teach you everything you need to know to bake your own macarons. Tailored to beginners, you’ll go through each crucial step of the macaron baking process including: whipping egg whites, adding colouring, the “macaronage” or folding process, piping perfect macarons, oven baking, creating filling and pairing macarons.
Students (20 maximum per class) are paired up for this class and will learn to bake macarons in one classic flavour with the help and supervision of one of Ganache Macaron’s head chefs. The chefs are also very happy to answer any questions you might have. You’ll leave the class with a box of their own colourful creations.
Please note that the macaron recipe used contains nuts (almonds), eggs (egg whites) and dairy (butter). Some recipes also contain strawberries and other nuts (e.g. peanuts or hazelnuts). All recipes taught in the Group Macaron Baking Classes are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians. If you have any food allergies, please add this when you book tickets or make sure you let Ganache Macaron know prior to the class, if you have any food allergies.
