Learn how to cook gluten free food that does not compromise on flavour.

The day starts with the well-known Cookery School welcome breakfast of freshly baked morning goods. All totally gluten free, of course! Once you’ve mastered all of the recipes, you’ll gather around the Cookery School table to enjoy a gluten free feast. There will be matched organic red and white wines.

You’ll leave the class with an improved repertoire of dishes and a pack of recipes you can replicate at home again and again.

You will learn to make :
A cheese soufflé
Chickpea gnocchi baked on a tomato sauce with Parmesan topping
Mushroom ragout with grilled polenta
Macaroni cheese
Fish cakes with a spicy chilli sauce
Basic sponge cake filled with lemon curd and cream
Hazelnut and carrot cake with a chocolate ganache topping
Upside down berry cupcake
