Join me for this gentle meditation session to help finish your day with some calm and focus.

Meditation is a beautiful way to connect with the present moment and switch on your ‘relaxation response’.

You’ll explore some different meditations techniques, from a breath focus through to calming visualisations, to help you wind down at the end of the day and prepare yourself for an evening of rest.

The session includes 2 to 3 different guided meditations to give you the opportunity to experience a range of techniques. Meredith will provide some background on these techniques, and there will also be time to share thoughts on your experience or ask questions (if you’d like to!).

This class is suitable for beginner or experienced meditators.

You’ll receive a Zoom link & password the evening before the class so you can join. You can use Zoom on your laptop or your phone (via an app). If it’s your first time using Zoom, make sure you log in a few minutes early so it’s set up and running.


Please note if you are suffering from certain diagnosed mental health conditions (including clinical depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) you should always seek support your supporting clinician before taking part in meditation. It may still be completely safe and beneficial for you, but it’s really important you pay attention to your response and stop if a meditation feels unsafe.
