Join me for this gentle meditation session to help finish your day with some calm and focus.
Meditation is a beautiful way to connect with the present moment and switch on your ‘relaxation response’.
This session is part of The Awakening At Home Online Festival and is totally free!
You’ll receive a Zoom link & password the evening before the class so you can join. You can use Zoom on your laptop or your phone (via an app). If it’s your first time using Zoom, make sure you log in a few minutes early so it’s set up and running.
Please note if you are suffering from certain diagnosed mental health conditions (including clinical depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) you should always seek support your supporting clinician before taking part in meditation. It may still be completely safe and beneficial for you, but it’s really important you pay attention to your response and stop if a meditation feels unsafe.
