Real Bread Week kicks off on Saturday, celebrating local and proper bread i.e. bread that isn’t mass produced in a factory with lots of dodgy additives. Get involved and buy a loaf from your local bakery, or go one step further and book yourself on a bread making course so you can do it yourself.

Below are just a few cookery schools to choose from, but you can find a more extensive list on the Real Bread site. If you become a Real Bread Campaign supporter, a discount is available on lots of the courses listed.
