How you can taste & breathe with me…
- Workshops, talks and tastings: keep an eye out on the Upcoming Events page for my latest events. I currently run regular meditation workshops and slow tastings, plus a selection of other special events sprinkled throughout the year.
- Private sessions: I also run bespoke and private group or corporate sessions so drop me a note at email@example.com if you’d like to know more. I normally have a minimum booking fee, but just get in touch to let me know what you’re after and we can have a chat.
- One-to-one: as well as group sessions, I provide tailored one-to-one support to help guide you through more connected and mindful ways of eating, cooking and living. I’m particularly interested in supporting you manage stress triggers if you are a fellow IBS sufferer. Ways I can support you include personalised meditation and tasting programmes or a half day sensory ‘kitchen connected’ session in your own home kitchen.
