How you can taste with me…

 

If you’d like to join me on my taste adventures there are some different options available:

  • The Joy Of Eating: a 10-week online programme exploring taste and the senses, the deliciousness of everyday ingredients, and more conscious ways of eating and cooking. The Joy Of Eating helps you eat in a more mindful, connected and delicious way – and a way which celebrates the pleasure of eating well.
  • One-to-one: one-on-one sessions include additional, tailored support for The Joy Of Eating, a personalised tasting programme or ‘kitchen happy’ refresh visits to your home.
