How you can taste with me…

 

If you’d like to join me on my taste and reflective adventures there are some different options available:

  • One-to-one: by working with me one-on-one I can provide tailored support to guide you through more joyful ways of eating and cooking. This includes personalised tasting and meditation programmes or a half day ‘kitchen happy’ visit at your home kitchen.
