How you can taste with me…

 

If you’d like to join me on my taste adventures there are some different options available:

  • The Joy Of Eating: a 10-week online programme exploring taste and the senses, delicious everyday ingredients and more conscious ways of cooking and eating.The aim of The Joy Of Eating is to spark your cooking creativity and help you eat in a more mindful, connected and delicious way.
  • One-to-one: one-on-one sessions include additional, tailored support for The Joy Of Eating, a personalised tasting programme or ‘kitchen happy’ refresh visits to your home.
